Victoria started CONGREGO with a conviction to remove the burden that founders, investors and other professionals often face around event planning whilst juggling an already demanding workload. Having worked exclusively with startups for the entirety of her career, she embodies the same get-it-done grittiness of her clients.
No stranger to scrappy environments, Victoria creates organization from chaos and is a nimble partner who adapts to her clients' evolving needs on the fly. She is energized by injecting life into fledgling ideas and watching them manifest into remarkable experiences. In her free time, Victoria enjoys cooking, traveling, and brushing up on her Italian language skills.
